PARIDIGIN EXPANSION

This exhibition follows up on Shifting Focus an exhibition that was held in the same space in March 2023. Hand-made copies of the book Shifting Focus are available at the exhibition.

In both exhibitions, more than fifteen well-established artists took part, plus one deserving, but less known young artist.

The idea was to broaden one`s expectations of what may be expected both in the art world, and elsewhere in this disturbing time that we know, with unusual combinations of materials, topics and installations.

Carla Crafford, who put the exhibition together, encouraged artists to show existing works, or preferably to produce works that may expand or broaden the way that we look at the current state of the world.

The resulting show is refreshingly diverse, expanding our expectations of what may be seen on local art exhibitions.
