 Recurring themes from the inner child2 July 2022 Participating: This exhibition forms part of a recurring theme in my life related to childhood trauma and healing.
Inner child work is a healing modality that enables healing through playful discovery.
By giving myself the opportunity to play without pressure or worrying about what others might think I can tap into the creative wisdom of my younger self and how she experienced the world.
