Selected artworks are displayed from Oliewenhuis Art Museum’s Permanent Collection to contemplate and converse on themes associated with gender, identity, mysticism and land discourses. Some of South Africa’s most prominent artists’ work such as Mam Noria Mabasa, Helen Sebidi, William Kentridge, Nandipha Mntambo, Diane Victor, Christiaan Diederics and Judith Mason are on view on the first floor of Oliewenhuis Art Museum to convey this narrative.
